2. What ratecard.me Does

ratecard.me is a tool that helps content creators build rate cards, set pricing for brand partnerships, and manage brand deal negotiations. We provide tools and information — we are not a party to any deal or agreement between creators and brands.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ratecard.me. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information on your rate card
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access
• Impersonate another creator, brand, or individual

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on ratecard.me (your rate cards, profile, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a limited license to display and operate it within the platform. We don't claim ownership of your materials.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ratecard.me is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees that:

• The platform will be available at all times or free of errors
• The rate suggestions or benchmarks we provide are accurate or will result in successful deals
• Any brand or creator you interact with through the platform is legitimate

Use your own judgment when negotiating with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ratecard.me is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any failed brand deals, lost revenue, or disputes with third parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
